October 1-5

LANGUAGE ARTS 7:
This week, we'll continue introducing TDA tools. Tuesday will be spent putting together our TDA folder and Wednesday and Thursday will be spent learning to read for evidence and annotate accordingly. On Friday, we will complete "Mind Your Ps and Qs" number 18 for a 10-point quiz grade. There will be no out of class homework this week.

ACADEMIC ENGLISH 9:
MONDAY:  Complete parallel structure worksheet.
TUESDAY:  Notes for "Nuclear Tourist" and background video of the Chernobyl disaster.
WEDNESDAY: Read "Nuclear Tourist" and complete Comprehension Check.
THURSDAY: Close read "Nuclear Tourist" and complete Analyze the Text as graffiti walls.
FRIDAY:  Catch up day.
