Assignments will be completed in class and there will be no homework this week unless you did not finish your bellringer within the first 7 minutes of class. On Friday, we will read a nonfiction article to practice our learning. You will have a quiz on author's perspective and point of view on Monday, January 28.

LANGUAGE ARTS 7:
We will begin this week by completing our mid-year benchmark on Study Island. On Wednesday and Thursday, we will begin our next unit on craft and structure in informational text by focusing on author's purpose and point of view. On Wednesday, we will take notes and practice as a class. On Thursday, we will practice in stations. On Friday, 7th grade students will have Safe2Say Something in the morning and we will work through a nonfiction article identifying the central idea and supporting details during the remainder of the day. There will be no homework this week.
