This week, we will continue through our review of TDAs through the Fast and the Curious. We will also continue our work with dueling poetry in our Poet vs. Poet packets. Throughout the week, we will move from working through our poems in our small groups to being able to work on them independently, making sure we can support our analysis and rating.
ACADEMIC ENGLISH 9:
MONDAY: Finish Holocaust quotes silent discussion; Section 5 discussion question review.
TUESDAY: Reader Response questions; poem study.
WEDNESDAY: Review of the themes of Night
THURSDAY: Review of the conflicts of Night
FRIDAY: NIGHT UNIT TEST - Study discussion questions; responses to symbolism, theme, conflict.
